1.5g very glassy green piece of Trinitite. This piece is very glassy and slick to the touch topside. The topside has a nice pallette of the darker green colors- olive green, pasticho green, and dark hunter green spots on the topside. All edges and sides are full of craters fillled with crystalline, crystallizations, and solid crystals. The Trinitite is affixed with a small piece of rock putty on an orange cardstock matte. The cardstock rests on a foam insert. The putty is tacky enough for a handful of removals, and a small extra piece of rock putty is included.
Commerative Oppenheimer & Einstein Stamp. The stamp inclucludes a portion of the mushroom cloud in the background with Oppenheimer's famous quote: "Now I Am Become Death The Destroyer Of Worlds". Both Oppenheimer's birth and death date are listed, as well as Einstein's birth and death date. The Commerative Stamp is circa 2017, issued by Sierra Leone. The stamp is affixed to the orange cardstock background by a cresent shaped clear sticky pad and does no effect the value of the stamp. It merely holds it in place on the matte inside the case.
Our large hard plastic case, with a lid giving a 360° view of the Trinitite and Commerative Stamp. The case has a steady foam insert, and a card stock matte is affixed to the foam. Both the Trinitite and Commerative Stamp are secured on this matte.
