Refund policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. All items must be returned in the original packaging. If for any reason that cannot be done, you must contact us so we can approve an option that will best protect the product being returned.

We only accept returns under following circumstances:

  1. Your item arrives damaged during shipping. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery and send images of the damages. If a case was damaged, but not the piece(s) of Trinitite, we will send you the same case for free. 
  2. If Trinitite is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. You must send photos of the damaged piece(s) for inspection. Depending on the damage and a discussion with our custoners, we will offer our customers choices of replacement Trinitite based on their circumstances or decisions, or a full refund. We will send a return shipping label for you to return the piece. Once received, we will isuue you a full refund.
  3. The product you received is not the product you ordered, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will send a return shipping label for you to send the incorrect order back. We will allow customers to accept their correct order if still in stock, or a full refund upon the product's return. 
  4. Customer is not happy with their order. Customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The order must be returned in the same packaging and protected during the shipping return. Once we receive the returned order, we will inspect the order for any damages or differences. If the order returned is not damaged or different, the customer will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, listing and restocking fees in the amount of $5.00

* Exceptions will be considered notifying us after the 3 days of delivery policy on a case by case basis.
